E-Training 18-9: Fair ball touching batter (6.05f)

The Rule:

This situation became an issue in a recent game so I am creating an "E-Training" for all to benefit from.

A batter is out when -

Its an immediate dead ball and the runner shall be declared "out". If the batter is partially (or entirely) in the batter's box, it shall be declared "foul".

If there are runners on base they shall be returned to their base.
